BEH attorneys have extensive experience in employment and labor law:

• advising local governments on the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the federal and state Family Medical Leave Acts, COBRA requirements

• disciplinary matters including suspensions and terminations and deferred compensation plans.
